dos

I have a big question! I have a new laptop with xp home on it.i have a older laptop with nothing but dos files on it.they are diagnostic programe for motors.all the programs are only about 10 mgs. i need to set up part of my drive for that.I know that it will have to be a dual boot. but how do i do it?
