Double IE

All of a sudden, everytime I click on a link to a website that is contained in an email, Internet Explorer 5.5 version SP1 launches two identical windows.

I’ve also noticed since I installed Microsoft Office XP, when I click on IE or am sending email from Outlook, the searches the floppy drive.

Any suggestions?
