Double sending in Outlook Express

When right clicking on a file to send to mail recipient, I notice one person in particular has the problem where the email is actually sent twice. Why would this happen and how can it be resolved?

It doesn’t happen to everyone, so far, only one person that I know of. Have been through all Outlook Express settings, but see nothing that could prevent it.
