Download Attachment

Hello there, I have a Desktop/ Win98 SE, for some reason I can not download my attachments in yahoo or Outlook Express (I was able to do it before), it does not give me any error or message, I click the download button and nothing happen. I go to my laptop and I do not have any problems. Help. Thank you.
