DOWNLOAD FROM SOLUTIONBASE

I cannot download pdf files from SolutionBase. When clicking on download picture, an error massage is obtained that the page cannot be displayed. On closing the window, get:

Pop-up blockers may interfere with the display of the document.
If a new window did not open, click here. On clicking on the link the page is not displayed.

How can I bypass this and download the file?
