Download MDB-table from remote webserver

Hi !
Our company’s website is hosted on a remote service provider’s server. We have one database-link to an access database. I find out how to write some value’s in a table of this website, but now I would like to have access to this table on the server with access on my PC. Is there a way to do this ? Can I copy only one table from the database to my local computer (ftp, sql,… ?)
