Downloading from POP acc to Exch 2000

Is it possible to download from a standard ISP POP3 account in to exchange 2000 and then distribute the emails to the client PC’s? Ive done a similar thing with Exch 5.5 using popsetup.exe, and ive heard that 2000 can do this straight out of the box. Can it be done and how?

Its a brand new box with a 256/512 ADSL connection. The clients are a mix of Win98 & 2000 Pro.
