DVD burning problems

Have Instant Copy SE. When I burn a DVD, (1) I get one that cannot be read by myDVD player, even tho a movie was copied. (2) Another DVd didnt finish copying.It may have run out ofspace, but as I am new to this game, how do I fix both problems?
