E-mail and attachment

I am running Outlook 2000 and Win98 on some clients PC, Exchange5.5 on the server side.

One of my users recently had a problem…when saving the attachments to a “network” directory, he is gettign an erro message “A FILE NAME IS NOT VALID”, although the attachments are saved but they are showing 0K in size.

Is there a way to get aroud this problem…and if there is ..please HELP
