E-mail breakups

Hello,When I make a document in word 2002,with graphics and text, it looks great on my monitors 17″…And when I E-mail these documents to others that have smaller monitors they tell me all the text and graphics are broke up and difficult to read…Is there a way to stop the break up so people can read them like it should be…Thanks…Kenny
