E-mail Merge

I am using Word2000 with microsoft outlook2000, Everything is running quiet well.
I want to send message by merging through word2000, but want that the image which should appear must be taken from my domain e.g www.company.com/marketing/mail.jpg . As if i send directily from word the size of email increases to 150k.
So Please advise me for this.
Summary of question:
how can i put picture fromsource place (www.company.com/marketing/cb.jpg) in word 2000. so when ever anybody receive email itshould take picture from domain rather than directly.
