E-mail Security

I’m using microsoft outlook 1998 right now. Is there a way to create a security on my inbox to restrict even an administrator to configure my e-mail? If an administrator sign on to a computer then if he want to configure the outlook to see my e-mailhe can do that. What I want to do is restrict any users even admin. Thanks in advance.
