E-mail software

Looking for suggestins on E-mail software. I have started an e-commerece on-line busniess. I send out 3-5 thousand e-mails at one time. Looking for a package where the e-mails can have HTML graphics and text. This is not Spam, it is an opt in program. This program needs to run in XP.
