eAnthology?????

I have a PC in tha shop that is unable to use IE it’s able to dial out but just unable to surf (page can not be displayed) I think its tha eAnthology pop-up stopper that is installed on it. Is anyone else having this problem? If so how can I fix it???? thanx!
