We have an office in Kuwait which will have Exchange Server on Windows 2000. This Exchange Server shall be linked with leased line to our European office to send and receive emails.
We have another very small office of four users in Qatar who have small LAN. They will not have any Mail Server because it does not make any economic sense and their emails shall be maintained in UAE Server.
We have just one local internet account in Qatar and a dial up modem for internet connection.
We are not interested in any Site to Site connection and nor we can justify local leased line for Qatar office for full time internet connection to access mail over the web because user base is very small.
With these restrictions, can any one suggest the best economical method of sending and receiving emails of all four users in Qatar at regular intervals of say half an hour which users can read locally.
