Email editor is greyed out

I have installed office 2000 onto an NT4.0 machine using all the default options and the Mail Format is defaulting to MS-Word to edit all messages and the box is greyed out so it cannot be deselected.

Any ideas how to change this so I can changethe Email editor ? ? ?
