Email Filtering for Exchange 2000

What’s everyone using for email filtering for Exchange 2000?

I’m currently using Groupshield as my first virus defense which allows me to filter out emails by attachment, size, and subject, however I’d like to filter by email address, domain, ip address, and other pertinent features most admins use.
