Email from Hotmail to a local folder

Hi,
Do you know a program that can put automatically email from a Hotmail account to a local folder and delete It in Hotmail’s Server?
And best: with filters that can take an action according to who is the sender. If sender is A, put on a local folder and erase in Hotmail Server, and if sender is B, leave message in Hotmail.
Is that possible? Is there some program that has this behaviour?
Now I have Outlook Express and manually copy messages tot a local folder and then delete, but I’m looking for an automatically solution…
