Email in outlook have text attachment

I have a user on Outlook 2000 who has a text attachment arriving with every email sent to her. The name of the text file is the subject with a .txt extension and the contents of the text file is the message body. How do I fix this so that the emails that she recieves do not include or show this attachment?
