Email messages truncated

Good Afternoon,

I have a user who occasionally receives email messages that will not completely display on the computer. When these messages are forwarded to me from her as an attachment they are complete. She is using Outlook 2K and we have Exchange 5.5 as our email server. The messages come from different users and in various forms..ie..HTML, Plain text and so on. Any one have similar problems?
