email survey

Please help, I have internet explorer 8 and i am trying to make an email survey that you can automatically answer the question without downloading the entire document if this is at all possible. I asked microsoft for help but have not yet recieved arespone. This is very important and urgent that it is completed a.s.a.p. if this is possible or not I would like to find out either way. thank you for your time.
