Enterrpise or Standard Edition

Just a quick clarification for myself but from my readings,which Exchange 2000 Edition do I require to also run OWA. I am currently running Exchange 5.5 and OWA. When I upgrade to E2K does that mean I require Enterprise Edition rather than Standard, in relation to the Front-end/Back-end Servers???
