Envelope problems

Running Windows XP
Using WORD 2002 10.2627.2625

Problem: When selecting envelope size 10
(4 1/8 x 9 1/2) WORD prints the return address
1 1/2 inches from the left margin as if the envelope of smaller dimensions. Is there a fix or work around?
