Error in Easy CD Creator 5

I have a user who everytime she burns a cd using Easy CD Creator 5 she gets the following three errors;

E80041898:Write error – [03/0C/00]
E80041934:TrackWriter error – Flush failed – [T7127]
E80041925:TrackWriter error – Command retry failed – [T7118]

-We get these errors no matter what speed we burn at.
-This is on a Windows 2000 system.
-I have already checked to make sure that all of the updates have been installed and I have done several complete uninstall and reinstalls of Easy CD Creator with the same result.
