Error in ntdll.dll

I have problems when use internet explorer or other applications, which close with unexpected error message.
In the viewfinder of events is registered like Event ID: 1000 Event Source: Microsoft Internet and in the text the following thing:
Not the description is found of the you ID. of event (1000) in the origin (Microsoft Internet Explorer). It is possible that the home team have not the information of Registration or files DLL of necessary messages to show messages since a remote team. The following information is pair iexplore. exe; ntdll. dll
Please I need to know the origin about this Error. Many Thanks
