error messages EXPLORER

Question:
STOP AT WINDOWS logo AND show the W98 logo.
Here is where the problem start Vfixd.vxd.

I START WINDOWS 98SE Full Version AND I GET
error messages: “EXPLORER caused in invalid page fault in module at 015f:00401f31 this programperformed an ILLEGAL OPETATION AND WILL BE SHUT DOWN”.
My Problem: IS SAME IN STAND OR SAFE MODE AND IT SHUT DOWN.

The hardware 1.2 maybe Hard Drive, 16MB VIDEO, 56K MODEM, 40Xs 364 MB MEMORY PC100, ALL working Fine.
