Error occurred while parsing EntityName

I’m getting this error in Visual Studio .NET 2005 when I bring any windows form into the Designer from an application that was converted from VS 2003 to VS 2005. The error msg always points to Line 4 position 49. There were no errors in the conversion log, and the app seems to run just fine. I posted feedback on Microsoft months ago and have not received any help so far. Thanks!
