Error on Exit in Access 2007

WHenever I exit Access I get the following error.

“Microsoft Office Access has encountered a problem and needs to close.”

So far, sending error reports has lead to no useful response from MS.

The database closes fine – it’s exiting Access that causes the problem.

Any ideas . . .or any suggestions on how to disable DW20.exe for Access, which seems to be the vehicle for the helpful message?
