Errors saving in outlook 2000

I’m getting an error message in Outlook 2000 when I I try to save a file. I can save if I right click and select save, but if I double click for the Save/Open screen, it won’t save.
The error I get is “Outlook cannot save the URL to a file. Can’t find this file. Make sure the path and file name are correct”. This started after I did the SR1 update. I ran all the rest of the updates, hoping there was a fix, but no luck.

Tha machine I’m on is NT 4.0 service pack 6. It’s also on a Novell network.
