EULA Screen In Office XP

I just finished installing Office XP on a new machine and every time I go into either Word or Excel (or any office application for that matter), the End-User Liscence Agreement Screen always appears. I can accept the agreement as many times as I want, but it still keeps coming up. Any ideas??
