Event ID 12002

I am running Exchange 2000 sp3on both w2k and e2k on a active active cluster. I have a bad message in the system generating the above error. I see this in the event viewer
Error 80040102-80000000 occurred while processing message <> from The persons name. How do I determine what the actuall message is to remove it?
