Everyone as Outlook / Exchange Delegate

Recently all our users started receiving meeting requests randomly. Apparently one of teh users had set the Company usergroup as Outlook Delegate, thus making everyone in the company delegate to his mailbox.

Is there a way to manage the delegates of each user centrally. I have found plenty of apps managing folder permissions but none addressing the delegates issue.
