Excel 97 Macro

I have 2 workbooks that have the same information in both of them. I have to figure out how to write a macro that when for example you click on Workbook1_Sheet1!A1 it scrolls through Workbook2_Sheet1!A1. So, if I choose cell Workbook1_Sheet1!B23000 it goes to the same cell in the second book. Is this possible?
