Excel cell border not showing

I have an excel spreadsheet on a network drive. When I look at it, It looks fine. When the recep. looks at it, it is missing some cell borders. I re-installed excel – n/g. I uninstalled and reinstalled – n/g. Why is this happening? Is it fried?
