Excel Clipboard Op=No Printer Installed

Excel gives me an error message indicating that there is ‘No Printer Installed’ every time I try and cut and paste cells. I don’t have a printer attached, but have tried installing a dummy driver. It installs without a problem, but Excel still gives me this message.
