Excel Crlt+End Not Going to Right Place

When you hit Crlt+End the cursor is supposed to go to the end of the document. Often, however, when some rows are deleted and then you hit Crlt+End the cursor goes to the end of where the deleted rows were. Even if you clear contents, Crlt+End still thinks the end of the spreadsheet is where the previous rows were. Is there a way to re-set the memory or something? Thank You.
