Excel issue

We have one user who’s computer takes anywhere from 60 to 90 seconds for drop down “browse” box to open when using Excel. The computer is a 1ghz, 256mb ram, Office 2000. There are others in her dept with similar configurations, no one else’s computer takes so long for the drop down to open. Ran updates, didnt help. Anyone have any ideas?
