Excel printing underlines incorrectly

Since upgraded to WinXP, Excel is printing underlined text in a cell incorrectly when the page setup has been scaled from 100% to some other percentages, such as 62%. Have tried with combinations of common print drivers such as hplj4 and hplj2100.The underline is skewed from it’s original location when printed. Have tried 600 and 300 dpi settings, same result.
