Excel printing visible cells

I have frozen the first 12 rows of a worksheet and I want to be able to select for printing, the frozen rows plus only the rows VISIBLE directly beneath the frozen rows no mather where they are in the worksheet. But evertime I try to select the visible rows it scrolls up and I get unwanted rows. Can anyone Help ??
