Excel puzzle?? help!!!

I like to explore, so I pulled up a spreadsheet and punched a lot of options along the top menu: File, edit , view, etc etc. Now I cannot get the looks of this spreadsheet back to where it was… It now looks like a spreadsheet box with a blue border on top, that is within the excel box, the blue border has the name of the spreadsheet and at the very top of the excel menu it has the name as well. I notice I can no longer get to the bottom trays on my desktop now either unless i minimize excel…. Help help!!!
