Excel to ASCII Fixed Field Carrage

I need to create an ASCII, Fixed Field, Carrage Return/Line Feed record delimited file.

I know it is possible but can not seem to get the righe “Save as File” option.

This should be straight forward but, I am at a loss to find the solution.
