Excel – Truncated chart labels.

My Excel 2000 user opens xls with charts that all have truncated x and y axis labels in regular view. In print preview they are all displayed just fine. The same xls files open okay from other PCs and are do not have truncated labels. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.
