Excel – Using Radio Buttons

I have a been given a spreadsheet that was created by someone else no longer with the company to fix. It has Radio buttons througout that designate the option that we would want,when I click on one in a row or column it is ok, when I want to click on another radio button the 1st one moves down to the new button. I want to keep all of the buttons where I click them.
