Excel views differently by others

I have several users sharing an Excel file. The file opens up differently depending on who opens it. For example, the view shows up at 166% on one user and 100% when a different user opens it. What can cause the views to be different when opening up a shared Excel file? All PC’s are Windows 2000 with Office XP and the file is shared on a Novell 5.1 network.
