Exch 5.5 – footer internal emails only

Apologies if this has been asked before, but we are running Exchange 5.5 service pack 4 with Microsoft Outlook 2000 as the client, is there any way of setting up the following:

Footer for INTERNAL emails only
Footer for EXTERNAL emails – different to the internal email footer.
