Exch Global Add. List sorted by Lastnam?

My organization is crazy about seeing the Exchange Global Address List sorted by lastname, firstname. Env is as follows:
Windows 2000 advanced
Exchange 2000 with Active Directory and DNS
All clients are outlook 2000 connected via internal private LAN.
Is there anyway to order this list by Lastname, Firstname if it is coming from Active Directory?
