Exchage 2000 migration with NT 4.0server

I have an exchage 5.5(sp3) site with NT server 4.0. My Hardware does not support to upgrade NT 4.0 to windows 2000.So I can not install ADC on the existing server Exchage server(NT 4.0 with Sp6). I setup the AD and GC to my domain.My problem is I have a lot of custm recipient(1000) and around 200 mail box in my exchage server 5.5. and I need to move all these address list to my new server. I got a windows 2000 new server for Exchage 2000.Please help me if you have any solution for this migration
