exchange 2000

has anyone experienced this problem with exchange 2000 server and outlook 2000 client

there appears to be a time difference on mail delivered by 1 hour. this does not occur all the time. We also had a calendar schedule problem in that a meeting was missed by 1 hour.

we have checked the time zones in the control panel and outlook, both set to gmt

the exchange server is running windows 2000 sp4 and exchange server 2000 sp3

Any ideas on what the problem is
