Exchange 2000 address list

Here goes

I have created a Address list on my Exchange 2000 server. I would like to add users to this list by importing a .pst file that i have on my local machine. Is this possible? If not how do I add recipients to my new Address list withoutusing Active directory

Any help would be aprreciated
