Exchange 2000 ERROR!!!!!!!!!

I am getting the followign error in the event viewer and appointments are disappearing: “The exisiting appointment with the subject XXXXXX in mail box XXXXX@XXXX.com was deleted. The start time or both the duration and end time were missing.
